At Paragon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure that all two-wheeler parts sold on our website meet your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all returns.
Non-returnable items:
Used or damaged parts due to incorrect installation
Customized or special-order items
Electrical parts once unpacked or installed
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only for defective or wrongly delivered products.
To request an exchange, email us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and product images.
