At Paragon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure that all two-wheeler parts sold on our website meet your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all returns.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or damaged parts due to incorrect installation

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Electrical parts once unpacked or installed

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange only for defective or wrongly delivered products.

  • To request an exchange, email us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and product images.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

Please email us at paragon.accessoriespvtltd@gmail.com with the following:

  • Order ID

  • Product Name

  • Reason for return/refund

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Paragon reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if the returned item does not meet our policy conditions.
